Notice of Commencement

This document is filed by a Corporate owner, part-owner, or lessee of property to be improved before improvements begin. It is an affidavit form and outlines basic information needed to put subsequent purchasers and possible lien claimants on notice of the possibility of a mechanics' lien against the property.
