Demand for Payment

Demand for Payment - Open: A Demand for Payment on an Open Account, seeks payment in full from the Debtor. Once payment is made, the account will be closed; however, if the Debtor does not pay the account in full, the Creditor will bring legal action to recoup his/her losses.
