Contractor Joint venture Agreement (Hail Storm of other Damage)

This form is a Joint Venture Agreement. The parties desire to form a joint venture for the purpose described in the contract. Each party is required to make an initial capital contribution and except as required by law or the agreement, the parties are not responsible for making subsequent contributions to the venture.
