This form is a model Guests Liability and Indemnification Agreement for use of an Owner's property or a Coordinator of an event. Its purpose is to limit the liability of the Owner or Event Coordinator to the Guest or Participant, including those Guests or Participants who are minors under the age of 18. In the case of a minor, there is the necessity of an acknowledgment before a notary public by parent or guardian to protect against someone other than the parent or guardian signing on behalf of minor.
